What SayWordy does

SayWordy connects telephone calls with people and phone menus and processes speech to provide AI translation, translated audio, and a bilingual transcript. Translation starts when the other line answers. Free calling, invitation access and paid calling are available as shown in your call setup. Available countries, languages, voices, and call limits may change.

Start with permission

Only enter a phone number you are entitled to use or contact. By starting a call, you request the callback and agree to AI translation and transcription. The selected call mode determines how the recipient joins. For personal calls, SayWordy plays a notice about translation, transcription and any requested recording before the conversation starts. Depending on the call flow, the recipient accepts by staying on the line after that notice or by pressing the indicated key. Calls to phone menus connect after answer and do not save call audio.

Tell the people you call that SayWordy uses AI translation and saves a transcript. Respect anyone who declines or ends a call, and obtain any permissions required for your conversation.

Transcripts and audio recordings

Every call is transcribed for translation. Calls started from the phone dialer save text transcripts and call details, without saving audio. Other calling flows may save audio after notice and acceptance. This change does not delete previously stored recordings.

On calls started from the current call form, you can choose whether to hear the other side’s original voice alongside the translation. The other side hears your translated speech. Either participant can hang up, and the initiator can also end the call from the website.

Check what matters

AI can mishear words, mistranslate names or numbers, miss context, and introduce delays. SayWordy does not provide a certified interpreter or a guarantee of accuracy or continuous availability. Confirm important details with the other person, particularly when a mistake could affect health, money, safety, or legal decisions.

SayWordy is not an emergency calling service. Contact emergency services directly using your normal phone service.

Use the service responsibly

Do not use SayWordy for harassment, fraud, impersonation, unsolicited bulk calling, or unlawful activity. Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, or use someone else’s private access without permission.

Keep your passcode and call-session information private. Be careful on shared devices: a saved browser session may give access to a transcript.

Private access and availability

The service depends on telephone networks and AI providers. Calls can be delayed, interrupted, or ended by configured time or usage limits. No public subscription, refund schedule, or service-level commitment is offered on this page. Your own telephone provider’s charges may apply.

Questions and updates

For a question about the private-access service or these draft terms, contact the person who provided your SayWordy access. The operator’s legal name and a dedicated contact address have not yet been published here.

This draft may be revised before public launch. Its review date is shown above. It does not attempt to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Free calling allowance

10 free minutes once per verified US mobile number, shared across browser and Call my phone calls to supported US numbers. Time counts only while translation is connected. Unused time stays available for another call. Your call ends when the free time runs out. No card is required and there is no automatic charge or subscription. Signing in does not place a call.

The allowance applies where free calling is offered in your call setup. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another number. Existing invitation access may have separate limits. Paid calling, where available, requires a separate price confirmation.

Phone sign-in and service texts

We’ll text you a code or a one-use sign-in link. Entering the code verifies your number for caller ID and signs in this browser or creates an account. If your caller ID is already verified, opening the link signs in this browser automatically. Requests expire in 10 minutes. We record your number, this notice and the verification time. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This does not subscribe you to marketing texts or place a call.

Opening the link signs in only the browser that requested it. Administrator tools require a separate account sign-in.
